Medical Laboratory Technician

Horizontal Talent is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician for its Hyderabad R&D team. The technician will support engineers by setting up test fixtures, calibrating and maintaining equipment, performing tests, and ensuring lab compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lab equipment

Performing electrical and mechanical testing and analysis

Preparing devices for environmental and functional testing

Documentation and data reporting using MS Office tools

Assisting in procurement and managing lab inventory

Maintaining lab safety, cleanliness (5S), and GLP standards


Must Have:

Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical

Minimum 3 years of hands-on lab experience

Strong familiarity with test instruments and documentation

Good communication and technical skills


Nice to Have:

Medical device industry experience

ISO-certified lab experience

GLP training

Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Familiarity with automated machinery and measurement tools
