R&D Professional – Ayurveda

We are looking for an experienced and passionate R&D Professional – Ayurveda to join our dedicated team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on the research, development, and clinical validation of Ayurvedic and herbal formulations. The ideal candidate will hold an MD (Ayurveda) and have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in product innovation, herbal pharmacology, and compliance with AYUSH/FSSAI norms. You will work at the intersection of tradition and modern science—formulating new-age wellness products backed by classical texts and therapeutic knowledge. Candidates must possess excellent scientific documentation skills, regulatory understanding, and the ability to collaborate with production, QA, and marketing teams. Experience in patent/IP documentation, clinical trials, or global herbal innovation is a strong advantage.
