Senior & Junior Research Fellows – Ayurveda, Botany, Archaeology (Contractual)

The CCRAS – National Institute of Indian Medical Heritage, Hyderabad invites applications for dynamic and motivated individuals for contractual research positions. The recruitment includes 7 posts of Senior Research Fellow (Ayurveda), 1 post of Senior Research Fellow (Botany), and 1 post of Junior Research Fellow (Archaeology). These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of traditional medicine, plant sciences, and heritage-based archaeological research.

Selected candidates will participate in key research activities under the institution’s core projects. Responsibilities include literature review, fieldwork, lab-based research, documentation, and report writing under supervision of senior researchers. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and prior research experience.

Qualification: BAMS

Age Limit: 35 years

Salary: ₹42,000 + HRA


SRF (Botany): 1 Post

Qualification: PG in Botany + 2 years experience

Age Limit: 35 years

Salary: ₹42,000 + HRA


JRF (Archaeology): 1 Post

Qualification: PG in History / Archaeology / Anthropology

Age Limit: 30 years

Salary: ₹37,000 + HRA
