IIMT University is inviting applications for Assistant / Associate / Professor roles in the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) program under the College of Medical Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and hands-on training in Medical Laboratory Technology subjects

Develop updated and industry-aligned course curriculum

Supervise student projects, research work, and internships

Ensure safe and effective laboratory practices

Conduct and publish research in peer-reviewed journals

Participate in departmental meetings and governance

Mentor students for academic and professional development

Collaborate with healthcare and industry partners

Contribute to internal audits, quality checks, and accreditation processes


Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over Medical Laboratory Technology subjects

Excellent communication and mentoring ability

Proficiency in academic research and laboratory techniques

Knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards

Team leadership and collaborative approach


Minimum Experience:
As per regulatory council norms
Eligibility: Freshers may apply, but experience preferred
