Medical Lab Technician (Tele Sales & Support – Biomedical Engineers)
QUICKLAB, established in 2012, is a global service and product provider specializing in lab diagnostic equipment such as Biochemistry, Hematology, Electrolyte, and Blood Gas Analyzers.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for lab equipment sold by QUICKLAB

Assist field engineers and lab professionals

Explain test procedures and provide application support

Work closely with biomedical teams to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Medical Lab Technology or related field

Familiarity with Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA analyzers

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Problem-solving and technical support capabilities
