1 tsp ghee or oil for roasting

1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup green chillies
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp coriander powder

In a blender or food processor, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, onion, garlic, and ginger. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
