• Browser APIs (localStorage, device UUID) – to generate a device-based identifier
• Browser Geolocation API – to obtain user-permitted location coordinates
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) – for reverse geocoding coordinates into area names
• Standard server request data – to record IP address for security and abuse prevention

Guest review system:
Guest reviews rely on browser-provided data and third-party reverse geocoding services. We store and protect this data using the best methods known to us; however, no system is 100% secure.

Retention & deletion:
Collected data is retained only as necessary for safety, abuse prevention, and platform integrity. You may request deletion of your review and related data by creating a support ticket from a registered account and providing a valid reason.
