1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BapuTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Platform

  • BapuTalk is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for dental clinic management.
  • You must be a licensed dental professional or their authorised representative to use the medical features.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter into the system.
  • You may not use BapuTalk for any unlawful purpose.

3. Patient Data Responsibility

You (the clinic owner) are the data controller for patient records stored in BapuTalk. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent for data collection and for complying with applicable Indian healthcare data regulations including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023).

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
  • Trial periods are subject to the plan terms at time of sign-up.
  • Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of billing for disputes.
  • Non-payment will result in suspension of the clinic account.

5. AI Features (Lalu)

The Lalu AI assistant is provided as a convenience tool. AI responses are not medical advice and should not be relied upon for clinical decisions. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before use.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

BapuTalk software, design, and content are owned by BapuTalk Technologies. You retain ownership of your clinic and patient data. We do not claim ownership of data you enter into the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BapuTalk's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [your jurisdiction].
